Exchange / Refund / Return

We will approve exchange/refund/return if:

  1. Wrong item delivered, defected item or quality problem.
  2. Claims must be made within 5 days from goods received.
  3. Please make sure the item is not being used and returned product must be in original condition with complete labels and tags.
  4. Kindly contact us in advance or email to us before return the items.
We will not approved or compromise for exchange/refund/return if:

  1. Any used or damage caused by customers careless will not be accepted.
  2. Any product that is not in its original condition or damaged.
  3. Any free gift product and samples.
  4. Buyer change their mind once order been delivered to customer.
  5. After 5 days goods are received.
You have to include the following details in the email for exchange/refund/return:

  1. Order No:
  2. Contact No:
  3. Product to exchange/refund/return
  4. Reason for exchange/refund/return
  5. Name
  6. Address

*Big Mouth Food Trading have rights to approve/reject exchange/refund/return from customer.

General Policies

  1. Customer cannot cancel their order if the order has been dispatched or sent.
  2. Your purchase from us means you have read, understood and agreed with all of our policies.
